Who am I?

I’m Rochelle Ramnarine, CEO of RSquared Business Consulting, LLC. I took a leap of faith to start my own firm after years of navigating unfulfilling career milestones often stifled by bureaucracy. I realized that if I wanted something done right, I needed to do it myself—so I followed my instincts.

I’m a strategic and analytical business operations expert with over 15 years of experience in both business and public service. I help individuals and organizations bridge the gap between big-picture vision and practical execution, with a unique ability to streamline processes while delivering results that are both effective and aesthetically appealing.
I hold a B.S. in Computer Science and Business Administration, an MBA in Managerial Accounting and Business Analytics, and I’m currently completing my Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA).
